Profile: Customer Care - Pantaloons | Inbound Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and customer requests.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism throughout customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass).
- HSC Freshers are eligible to apply.
- HSC candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- Robust customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Shift & Working Details:

- Shift: Day Rotational Shift
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Salary Details:

HSC Freshers:

- CTC: 18,123 per month
- In-Hand: 14,500 per month

HSC Candidates with Experience:

- CTC: 23,000 per month
- In-Hand: 18,000 per month
