Position: Utility/Dishwasher

Employment Type: Full time

Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in a hotel/restaurant is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and clean plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all cleaned utensils are properly dried, stored, and available when required.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and utility duties.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain proper waste segregation.
- Clean floors, work surfaces, sinks, and other kitchen areas regularly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Assist with receiving, moving, and organizing kitchen supplies when required.




- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chef, Stewarding Supervisor, or management.

Requirements
- Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
- Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi are preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen is an advantage.
