Scrapio Auto is a MoRTH-registered, RVSF-certified vehicle scrapping facility in Jaipur, operating under India's Vehicle Scrappage Policy. We help vehicle owners responsibly retire their end-of-life vehicles handling valuation, documentation, pickup, and government-certified scrapping end to end. We're building a professional, compliant, tech-enabled operation, and we're growing our procurement team.

The Role

We need a Used Vehicle Procurement Executive to source and close end-of-life and scrap vehicles across your assigned territory in Rajasthan. This is a hands-on vehicle-buying role, not a corporate/supply-chain procurement or tele-sales role. Most of our inflow is inbound today — your job is to go outbound: work dealer and agent contacts, chase direct-consumer leads, evaluate vehicles, negotiate, and close deals to hit your monthly volume target.

What You'll Do

- Source used and end-of-life vehicles through dealers, agents, and direct-consumer leads in your territory.
- Hit monthly vehicle procurement volume targets.
- Evaluate/value vehicles and negotiate purchase price within approved limits; escalate above-limit deals correctly.
- Verify RC and RTO paperwork and ensure clean documentation before a deal closes — catching CoD diversion and middleman fraud is a core part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Coordinate pickup with plant and documentation teams so vehicles move without delay.




- Maintain deal and inquiry records via WhatsApp-based intake and procurement software.

What We're Looking For (Required)

- 2+ years directly sourcing or buying used/second-hand vehicles — used-car dealerships, vehicle aggregators (Cars24 / Spinny / OLX Autos type), auto finance/repossession & recovery, fleet disposal, or scrap/end-of-life vehicle procurement. This is a hard requirement, not a plus.
- Hands-on experience evaluating vehicles and negotiating purchase price on the ground.
- Working knowledge of RC transfer, RTO paperwork, and vehicle documentation.
- Willing to travel across your assigned districts.
- Fluent in Hindi; working English for documentation and reporting.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp-based intake, Excel, and basic procurement software.

Nice to Have

- Existing dealer/agent contacts in Rajasthan.
- Knowledge of the Vehicle Scrappage Policy, RVSF operations, or the CoD/CVS process.

Not the right fit if: your background is corporate/supply-chain procurement, general BPO/tele-sales, or B2B sales with no direct vehicle-buying experience.
