About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our growing US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US law firms and placing Attorneys, Associate Attorneys, Partners, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support Professionals, and other legal professionals .

This is a 100% remote position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh , offering an excellent opportunity to work with leading US legal clients while building a rewarding career in international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US legal positions.
- Source Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Partners, and other legal professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and various job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on legal practice areas, experience, licenses, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment databases.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in US Legal Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for US law firms or legal staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of legal positions and practice areas including:
- Litigation
- Personal Injury
- Corporate Law
- Real Estate Law
- Family Law
- Trust & Estates
- Insurance Defense
- Employment Law
- Intellectual Property
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working in US business hours.

Preferred Skills

- Experience recruiting licensed Attorneys across multiple US states.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation skills.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
