What You Can Expect To Do

- Updating depreciation schedules used for income tax projections

- Preparation of business tax returns

- Manage workflow and file organization system

- Distribution of investor K-1s via investor portal

- Updating tax payment tracker

- Updating income tax projections throughout the year

What You Should Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field

- 2-3 years of experience in federal tax compliance at a public accounting firm

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Must have experience in partnership taxation

- Experience in multifamily real estate is desired.

- Robust organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership

- Ability to manage multiple priorities across properties in a fast-paced environment

- Collaborative mindset and comfort working as part of a team
