We're Hiring | Freelance Sales Coach (US B2B Sales)

PMAM is looking for an experienced Freelance Sales Coach to work with our US Sales Team on an hourly consulting basis.

We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience leading and coaching US outbound B2B sales teams , not just a training background.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coach SDRs/AEs on outbound prospecting and meeting generation

✅ Review discovery, demo, and follow-up calls with actionable feedback

✅ Improve outbound email sequences and LinkedIn messaging

✅ Conduct role-plays, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions

✅ Recommend and implement sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger

✅ Help improve reply rates, meeting bookings, conversions, and pipeline velocity

Ideal Candidate:





✔️ 8+ years of experience in US B2B SaaS/Technology Sales

✔️ Former SDR, AE, Sales Manager, or Sales Leader with coaching experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools

✔️ Available for a freelance/hourly consulting engagement
