Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Engineering Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project management, quality, regulatory affairs, and specialized life-sciences positions. The recruiter will support leading US pharmaceutical and medical-device clients and work closely with candidates, account managers, and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Recruit candidates for engineering, project management, quality, validation, regulatory affairs, R&D;, and other life-sciences positions.
- Source candidates through Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed, company job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review job descriptions and develop effective candidate-sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, experience, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Explain job responsibilities, client expectations, project requirements, and employment terms to candidates.
- Assess candidate qualifications against client requirements and prepare detailed candidate summaries.
- Submit qualified candidate profiles to account managers and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Collect interview feedback and ensure timely follow-up at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Support pay-rate and benefits negotiations to secure successful placements.




- Maintain strong candidate relationships and manage expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Use AI-driven recruitment tools to analyze job descriptions, identify suitable candidates, and improve screening efficiency.
- Recruit specialized professionals such as veterinary doctors, nutritionists, and technical educators for R&D;, product-development, regulatory, and consumer-education initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in US engineering, pharmaceutical, medical-device, or life-sciences recruitment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Understanding of engineering, quality, validation, project management, and regulatory affairs positions.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and other US job portals.
- Solid candidate-sourcing, technical-screening, interviewing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and match candidates with client requirements.
- Knowledge of US employment types, work authorizations, pay rates, and benefits.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet submission and placement targets.
- Willingness to work during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting clients such as Abbott, Edwards Lifesciences, Becton Dickinson, Integra LifeSciences, Embecta, Philips, Zimmer Biomet, or similar organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools.
- Experience recruiting veterinary doctors, nutritionists, educators, or other specialized life-sciences professionals.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases.
