Job Summary

We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with expertise in supporting Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and consistently deliver quality submissions within SLA timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Work on Direct Client and MSP/VMS requirements.
- Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.
- Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, visa status, and availability.
- Submit qualified candidates within client SLAs.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Experience with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS accounts.
- Positive understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
- Experience with ATS tools and VMS portals.
- Excellent communication skills.
