Job Overview

We are looking for experienced US Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Staffing and be comfortable managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other platforms.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams.
- Manage the recruitment process through offer and onboarding stages.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT or Skilled Services roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is preferred.
