Key Responsibilities

● Initial Patient Outreach: Contact patients promptly upon receipt of a referral to initiate the intake process.

● Service Introduction: Provide a warm welcome to patients and professionally introduce home health or healthcare services.

● Data Verification: Accurately verify patient demographic information, insurance coverage, and contact details.

● Referral Coordination: Confirm physician information and specific referral details to ensure clinical alignment.

● Clinical Scheduling: Coordinate scheduling efforts with the intake or clinical team to facilitate timely care.

● EMR Documentation: Document all patient interactions accurately and comprehensively within the EMR/EHR system.

● Compliance & Privacy: Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

● Communication:



Excellent verbal communication skills (10/10 proficiency) with a confident and professional phone presence.

● Experience: Prior experience in healthcare intake, medical billing, or customer service in a US healthcare/BPO environment is preferred.

● Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail.

● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR/EHR systems (experience with WellSky/Kinnser is a plus).

● Availability: Must be able to work the US Night Shift and join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
