Role Description The US Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and consultants supporting US operations. This full time, on-site role based in Nashik involves managing pre-joining documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements, and serving as a point of contact for new team members during their transition into the organization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and conducting onboarding sessions, tracking onboarding milestones, maintaining accurate records in HR and onboarding systems, and collaborating with HR, recruitment,



and project teams to ensure a smooth start for each hire. The role also includes resolving onboarding-related issues, continuously improving onboarding workflows, and contributing to a positive and inclusive new-joiner experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in HR operations or talent onboarding, including managing documentation, compliance checks, and orientation programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with new hires and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms).
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of US staffing or consulting environments, including familiarity with US work culture and basic compliance requirements, is highly beneficial.
- Problem-solving mindset and a focus on process improvement, with the ability to document workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in an IT/technology consulting or professional services firm is an advantage.
