Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal database, referrals, and networking.

Work extensively on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time US-based IT positions.

Candidate Management

Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical compatibility, communication skills, and availability.

Work with candidates on rate negotiation, relocation discussions, immigration status verification, and onboarding documentation.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for recurring and niche skill requirements.

Client/Account Management

Partner with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified profiles.

Submit vetted candidates through ATS or client portals within defined SLAs.

Communicate interview feedback, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
