Job Summary:

NLB Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in full-cycle recruitment and a robust understanding of US hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database




- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 months to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
- Experience working with US clients and vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US Shift)
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
