About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented OPT Recruiter to source, screen, and coordinate candidates with OPT, STEM OPT, EAD, H-1B, Green Card, and US work authorization for suitable client and project requirements. The recruiter will manage candidate relationships and coordinate the recruitment process from initial screening through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, university networks, professional communities, and internal databases.
- Recruit candidates with OPT, STEM OPT, OPT EAD, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card EAD, H-1B, TN, and US Citizen work authorization, based on role requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, availability, location, and work authorization.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates and consultants.
- Understand client requirements, project details, technology needs, and submission criteria.
- Match qualified candidates with suitable client or internal project opportunities.
- Coordinate resume submissions, interviews, feedback, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
- Develop relationships with candidates, vendors, universities, training institutes, and referral networks.
- Use job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, submission reports, interview records, and onboarding documentation.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.




- Follow company policies and applicable employment and work-authorization requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in OPT recruitment, US IT staffing, bench sales, or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, EAD, H-1B, Green Card, TN, W-2, C2C, and 1099 employment terms.
- Experience sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and online communities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of common IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, Business Analysis, Data Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps is preferred.

- Experience handling US-based candidates and client requirements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Robust candidate engagement and closing skills.
- Ability to work during US time zones.
- Good knowledge of resume formatting and candidate marketing.

The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, resume submissions, interview scheduling, database management, and onboarding support. Candidates should have strong communication skills, knowledge of US staffing terms, and experience with LinkedIn and major job portals. Pay: ₹15,150.87 - ₹42,393.27 per month
