Role : US IT Recruiter/Bench Sales - Freshers
Location : MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam
Shift Timings : Complete Night shift
- Understand client requirements for IT positions in the US market
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and communication
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate salary/rate and ensure candidate acceptance
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment policies and documentation
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in IT recruitment or bench sales (freshers welcome).
- Solid communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and tracking candidates' progress.
