Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing healthcare professionals across the United States. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare clients receive exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters who enjoy relationship-building, candidate engagement, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.




- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification discussions.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure all candidate records and notes are accurately maintained within the CRM system.
- Coordinate and support compliance documentation processes.
- Manage candidate availability and placement activities.
- Handle candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups and welfare checks.
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Payroll teams.
- Support timesheet and payroll-related queries where required.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive repeat placements and referrals.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 6 months of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience using job portals, social media, and recruitment databases.
- Graduate or undergraduate degree preferred.
- Willingness to work US shifts from the office.
