Role Description The US Freight Dispatcher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The dispatcher will coordinate and schedule freight movements for US-based customers, ensuring timely pickups, deliveries, and clear communication with drivers, carriers, and clients. Daily responsibilities include managing dispatch calls, updating shipment statuses in internal systems, monitoring routes and schedules, and resolving operational issues to maintain service quality.

The role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing shipment updates,



and working closely with the logistics team to optimize routes and capacity. The dispatcher will contribute to continuous process improvement and uphold company standards for safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong Dispatching skills with experience scheduling and coordinating freight movements, preferably for US logistics.

Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with drivers, carriers, and customers.

Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage inquiries, issues, and expectations effectively.

Minimum 1 year of experience in freight dispatching or a related logistics/transportation role.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize tasks, and make decisions under time pressure.

Good computer literacy, including use of logistics/dispatch software and MS Office tools.

Knowledge of US freight operations and basic transportation terminology; familiarity with time zones and US geography is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.

Willingness to work onsite in Noida and adapt to shifts aligned with US business hours, if required.
