Position: US Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary The US Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, negotiating rates, and successfully placing consultants on projects across the US.

Key Responsibilities

● Market bench consultants to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.

● Submit consultants to suitable job requirements based on their skills and availability.

● Negotiate hourly rates and contract terms with vendors and clients.

● Coordinate interviews and follow up until placement.

● Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project status.

● Track daily submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.

● Update consultant profiles, resumes, and marketing information.

● Meet weekly and monthly placement targets.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





● 1+ year of experience in US Bench Sales.

● Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry.

● Experience working with Tier-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Direct Clients.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Experience with job portals and vendor management.

● Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

● Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT).

● Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Preferred Skills

● Experience using ATS/CRM tools.

● Knowledge of Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar platforms.

● Existing vendor network is an added advantage.
