We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken, and presentable Receptionist to join our Stock Market Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling student enquiries, coordinating with students and faculty, and supporting day-to-day institute operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and student enquiries.
- Provide information about stock market courses, fees, batches, timings, and admission process.
- Maintain student records, enquiry details, and attendance.
- Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules and student requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and support the admission process.
- Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, and meetings.
- Manage reception/front-desk activities and maintain a qualified environment.
- Assist with basic administrative and documentation work.
- Handle basic computer work, including MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for lead follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently.
- Fresher candidates can also apply.
- Experience in reception, education, counselling, or customer service will be an advantage.
