Role Summary:

Responsible for designing, administering, and tracking incentive schemes and contests for the gold loan sales network, ensuring accurate provisioning, timely payouts, and smooth coordination across Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations. Also supports monitoring, recovery, and reversal of incentive payouts linked to spurious loan cases through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Incentive & Contest Management

- Support design and rollout of periodic (monthly/quarterly) incentive schemes and sales contests for branch, area, and zonal teams
- Track scheme performance against targets; prepare payout calculations and MIS
- Draft scheme communication documents/decks for field rollout
- Handle query resolution from field teams on incentive calculations and eligibility

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Liaise with Sales/Business teams to align scheme design with business priorities
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll for incentive disbursement
- Work with Finance on budget approvals and cost tracking for schemes/contests
- Coordinate with IT/MIS teams for data extraction and automation of tracking reports

Provisioning





- Prepare monthly incentive provisioning estimates for financial reporting
- Reconcile provisioned vs actual payout figures
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to incentive accruals

Spurious Loan Recovery & Reversal

- Track spurious loan cases flagged by Risk/Audit and identify linked incentive payouts
- Compute and process incentive recovery/clawback for spurious loans identified post-payout
- Track resolution status of spurious loans and process incentive reversal once cases are resolved/regularized
- Coordinate with Risk, Audit, and Branch teams to maintain an updated spurious loan tracker for incentive impact
- Reconcile recovered/reversed amounts with Finance and Payroll

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2 to 4 years experience in product management, sales operations, or incentive administration (NBFC/BFSI preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; VBA a plus)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Valuable communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
