Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for four Dresser (Medical) Trainers at the DDU-GKY Center in Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh, under VDKP Technology Pvt. Ltd., with a work location in Ghaziabad.

The Dresser

Trainers will deliver classroom and practical training in basic medical dressing, first aid, patient care procedures, and infection control aligned with DDU-GKY standards.

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans,



preparing training materials, conducting assessments, maintaining training records, and ensuring that trainees acquire the skills required for entry-level healthcare support roles. Trainers will mentor learners, provide individual feedback, support their placement readiness, and coordinate with center management to meet training targets and compliance requirements. The role may also involve periodic reporting, participation in audits, and continuous improvement of the training curriculum based on industry practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of basic medical procedures, wound dressing, first aid, patient care, and infection prevention and control.
- Candidates should possess skills in classroom instruction, practical demonstration, curriculum delivery, and assessment of trainee performance.
- Candidates should possess abilities in communication, mentoring, counseling, and managing diverse groups of learners in a training environment.
- Candidates should possess basic documentation, reporting, and organizational skills to maintain trainee records and compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Relevant educational background such as ANM, GNM, Diploma in Nursing, or certified dresser/paramedical qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a trainer or as a healthcare professional in hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities will be an advantage.
- Comfort with working full-time in office in Ghaziabad and willingness to follow organizational policies and quality standards.
- Knowledge of local languages and the ability to explain concepts simply to rural and underprivileged youth will be beneficial.
