Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for residential or commercial projects.

- Source and onboard reliable vendors for civil, structural, and finishing materials (e.g., steel, cement, MEP, tiles).

- Issue Request for Quotations (RFQ), prepare comparative statements, and negotiate optimal pricing and payment terms.

- Draft, review, and finalize purchase orders (PO) and work contracts.

- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to align material delivery with construction schedules.

- Monitor material quality, track inventory levels, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.

- Conduct market rate analysis and implement cost-saving value engineering initiatives.

- Maintain MIS reports, audit logs,



and coordinate invoice processing with the finance team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration.

- Experience: 7 to 12 years of proven purchasing experience in real estate or construction.

- Technical Skills: Solid grasp of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, advanced MS Excel, and ERP systems (Farvision).

- Soft Skills: Excellent commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities.
