Must have worked in Retails , Consumer , FMCD , FMCG Clients.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in Recruitment, Hiring & Screening, especially for FMCG/FMCD clients.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles

Daily 1012 candidate line-ups for Consumer Clients, Sales Promoters

Screening and shortlisting candidates

Close coordination with clients

Scheduling interviews and collecting feedback

Regular tracker updates

Client visits during interview drives





Active communication with candidates and clients

Achieving individual joining target of up to 35 PR

Client Exposure Required

Retail, Consumers clients like LG, Haier, samsung , Voltas

FMCD clients

Retail Sales & FMCG/FMCD Sales hiring

Required Skills

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Experience in bulk and lateral hiring

Good communication and follow-up skills

Target-oriented and result-driven approach
