Job Title:Sr Executive- Payroll

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of payroll software, labor laws, PF/ESIC, and be proficient in Advanced Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Process accurate and timely monthly payroll including leaves, reimbursements, and incentives.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and attendance data.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns as per regulations.
- Handle grievances or queries related to salary, deductions, taxes, and pay slips.




- Coordinate with the HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
- Assist in internal audits and reconciliation of salary disbursements.
- Generate reports and MIS using Excel for internal review and external compliance.

Key Requirements

- Bachelors degree in management HR, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, payroll tax laws, and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, etc.).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
