Eduflute Academy is looking for enthusiastic and creative Part-Time Online Coding for Kids Tutors to conduct one-to-one online coding sessions for children aged 6–16 years . We are seeking educators who can make coding fun, interactive, and project-based while helping students build logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Position Details

- Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)
- Teaching Mode: One-to-One Sessions (No Batch Teaching)
- Student Level: Kids & Teens (Ages 6–16)
- Compensation: ₹300–₹400 per hour
- Working Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online coding classes for beginners to intermediate learners.
- Teach through hands-on activities, games, animations, apps, websites, AI, robotics, and coding projects.
- Guide students in assignments, coding challenges, competitions, and portfolio development.
- Build students' logical thinking, computational thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- Create personalized lesson plans according to each student's age, learning pace, and interests.

- Online Whiteboard & Screen Sharing

Knowledge of Roblox Studio (Lua), Unity Basics, Raspberry Pi, MIT AI2 Extensions, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, Google Colab, or basic Machine Learning for Kids is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2–10 years preferred.
- Freshers with excellent coding knowledge, solid communication skills, and enthusiasm for teaching children are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coding bootcamp, or EdTech experience is an added advantage.
- Must own a laptop or desktop with a webcam and microphone.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
