Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product or service information, resolving issues, and promoting banking products or services to achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.




- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Sales Responsibilities

- Promote banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, home loans, insurance, savings accounts, or other financial products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate business.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products based on customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
