Job Summary

Quality Analyst (QA) ensures products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations by testing, analyzing, and identifying issues, ultimately contributing to continuous improvement and defect prevention.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough quality checks of mapping data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
- Analyzing quality results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement data quality policies and validation rules as directed by the Quality Lead.
- Collaborate with the Process Excellence and data creation teams to adopt quality practices in mapping operations.
- Report regularly to the Quality Lead on performance and process improvements.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly.




- Identify and recommend improvements to quality control processes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Education

- Any Graduate.
- Additional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are a plus.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in quality control management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality operator

Skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
