Job Summary:

We are looking for a Desktop Engineer L1 to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users within the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in Mac OS troubleshooting, system configuration, user allocation, and laptop replacement. This role requires solid problem-solving skills and excellent customer service to ensure seamless IT support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 technical support for Mac OS and assist users with system-related issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, including software and hardware issues, system crashes,and network connectivity problems.
- Assist in system configuration for new user allocation, including setting up new laptops,installing software, and configuring user accounts.
- Handle laptop replacement procedures, ensuring data backup, migration, and system,setup.




- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams when necessary.
- Provide remote and on-site support as per business requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for,troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or desktop engineering role.
- Basic Mac OS troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of system configuration, software installation, and user management.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, network, and peripheral issues.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a 9x5 support environment.
