Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Labour Mobilization Executive / Manager to handle Pan-India labour mobilization for our construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, arranging, and deploying skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower from different locations across India as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Arrange and mobilize skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour from different states across India.

- Develop and maintain a strong network of labour contractors, manpower suppliers, and local labour sources.

- Coordinate with project sites to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.

- Arrange manpower within the required timeline based on project priorities.

- Coordinate labour transportation and movement from source location to project site.

- Negotiate labour rates with contractors and manpower suppliers.

- Verify manpower availability, skill category, experience, and workforce strength before deployment.

- Maintain a database of labour contractors, suppliers, and available manpower across India.

- Coordinate with HR, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Site Supervisors for manpower planning.

- Arrange replacement manpower whenever required due to absenteeism, resignation, or demobilization.





- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure sufficient workforce is available at each project site.

- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, medical checks, gate passes, and site induction.

- Prepare daily/weekly manpower mobilization and deployment reports.

- Visit different locations when required for labour sourcing and mobilization.

- Handle urgent manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment.

- Build long-term relationships with reliable labour contractors and manpower suppliers.

- Coordinate inter-state labour movement and site requirements.

- Support project teams in maintaining the required manpower strength throughout the project.

- Ensure proper coordination during labour demobilization and transfer between sites.

Education:

- Any Graduate / Diploma in Civil preferred.

- 1520 years of experience in labour mobilization, manpower sourcing, construction HR, or workforce management.

- Experience in mobilizing large numbers of construction workers across different states will be preferred.

- Candidates with a solid network of labour contractors and manpower suppliers across India will have an advantage.

- Must be willing to travel extensively across India.
