Job Title: EPC Recruiter (White Collar Hiring)

Experience: 1-3 years (Mandatory experience in EPC Recruitment)

Location : Bangalore/Chennai

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented EPC Recruiter to support white-collar recruitment mandates across the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of recruitment experience and a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring technical and functional professionals for EPC projects and engineering organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions for various technical and managerial positions within EPC, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Engineering domains.
- Create candidate personas and sourcing strategies for each open position.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, qualified networks, referrals, and database searches.
- Conduct preliminary screening and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, industry experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Perform reference checks and validate candidate credentials to ensure quality hiring.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed candidate assessments and recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with client stakeholders throughout the hiring process to ensure timely closure of mandates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions within EPC and engineering sectors.
- Research industry trends, market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy,



and Engineering domains.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to enhance business growth and talent acquisition success.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring white-collar professionals such as Engineers, Project Managers, Design Engineers, Planning Engineers, Procurement Specialists, HSE Professionals, Construction Managers, and other technical roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience using ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social recruiting tools, and talent mapping techniques.
- Knowledge of EPC project structures, engineering functions, and industry-specific talent requirements.
- Strong networking, sourcing, and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
- Good understanding of market trends, talent availability, and compensation practices within the engineering and energy sectors.

Qualification

- Any Graduate (Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources will be an added advantage.
