About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Functional Consultant to lead large-scale client ERP implementations end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be a senior professional with strong functional expertise in Finance, Accounting, and Business Processes, combined with a sound technical understanding of ERP systems. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage client expectations, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and ensure successful and timely delivery of ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal development teams, and management.
- Analyze existing client business processes and design optimized workflows aligned with ERP functionalities.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and adherence to timelines.
- Drive system integration, data migration, and process automation activities.
- Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate functional requirements into system solutions.
- Manage multiple clients and ensure consistent delivery excellence across projects.




- Continuously identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.

What Were Looking For:

- CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance or Systems) with 815 years of experience.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or HR modules) hands-on involvement is a must.
- Strong understanding of business processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or equivalent.
- Ability to translate business needs into system functionalities and technical requirements.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale client projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
