About the Role

As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial advisors while driving business growth and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of Financial Advisors.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
