Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class with minimum 60%of marks.

Overall work experience: 4-5 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design o CAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Unigraphics NX (Siemens NX) for at least 3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Unigraphics NX (Siemens NX) .
- Apply GD&T; principles and ensure compliance with ASME industry standards .
- Work on sheet metal, weldments, surface modeling, and large assemblies for off-highway vehicle components.
- Manage and control CAD data within PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent).
- Support engineering change management, design reviews, and prototype validation activities.
- Prepare and review technical drawings,



assembly diagrams, and Bills of Material (BOMs) .
- Develop structural and weldment drawings , as well as casting models and machining drawings .
- Apply knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and ensure accurate use of welding symbols .
- Identify and resolve vehicle integration issues in layout designs.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

- Familiarity with additional CAD tools (e.g., Creo ).
- Knowledge of tolerance stack-up analysis, weld symbols, and sheet metal design best practices .
- Robust ability to work independently; self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented .
