Role Description The UK Counselor role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The counselor will guide prospective students through the process of selecting suitable UK universities and courses, explaining entry requirements, application procedures, and timelines.

Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, reviewing academic profiles, assisting with applications and documentation, and coordinating with universities and internal teams. The role also involves providing information on scholarships, visa procedures, and post-study opportunities,



maintaining accurate student records, and following up with applicants to ensure smooth progression. The counselor will support outreach activities, participate in events or seminars, and uphold ethical, student-centered advising practices.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of UK higher education system, universities, courses, and admission processes.
- Excellent counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage with students and families.
- Ability to explain visa requirements, documentation, and compliance in clear and simple terms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM or student management systems for record-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in education, counseling, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling or student advisory services is preferred.
