Summary

Seeking a highly experienced UiPath Agentic AI Developer to drive the design, implementation, and scaling of next-generation intelligent automation solutions combining UiPath Agentic Automation, Generative AI, Enterprise Integrations, and Telecom Business Processes.

The candidate will lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent process automation initiatives across telecom domains such as Customer Operations, Billing, Order Management, Service Assurance, Network Operations, CRM, and Enterprise Support Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation of UiPath Agentic Automation solutions leveraging AI agents, bots, GenAI models, and human-in-the-loop workflows.




- Define Agentic AI architecture, governance, guardrails, observability, and operational models.
- Establish reusable AI-agent patterns, agent orchestration frameworks, and enterprise automation standards.
- Design and govern integrations between UiPath and Telecom OSS/BSS platforms
- Develop API-driven automation solutions
- Lead integration of UiPath with enterprise AI platforms and LLM services.
- Drive automation opportunities across and can be extended beyond the below:

- Customer Care

- Service Fulfilment

- Order Management
- Provide domain consulting to business stakeholders and identify automation-led transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Telecom SMEs to create intelligent workflows and AI-assisted operations.
- Integrate enterprise LLMs and GenAI platforms including:
- Build AI-assisted automation solutions for decision support and autonomous operations.
