The Design Team at TakeWeb works across mobile applications, web platforms, SaaS products, dashboards, websites, and digital marketing creatives to create consistent and engaging experiences for users.

As a UI/UX Design Intern , your primary focus will be on designing and improving mobile application interfaces and creating high-quality social media and marketing creatives for TakeWeb and its products.

You will work closely with the product, development, marketing, and business teams to transform ideas and requirements into polished digital experiences and visual content.

Alongside these primary responsibilities, you may also contribute to web UI/UX, design systems, branding, product graphics, presentations, landing pages, and other design requirements across TakeWeb.

This internship offers hands-on experience working on real products and marketing initiatives while building practical skills in UI/UX design, mobile product design, visual communication, branding, and digital content creation.

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented individuals with some prior design experience who are comfortable using modern design tools and are eager to improve their skills by working on real-world projects.

Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually engaging mobile application interfaces for TakeWeb products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity screens for Android and iOS applications.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate application flows and interactions.
- Translate product requirements and business ideas into clear and user-friendly design solutions.
- Improve existing interfaces based on usability, consistency, and overall user experience.
- Design onboarding flows, dashboards, navigation, forms, profiles, settings, notifications, and other product interfaces.
- Create social media posts, carousels, banners, and digital creatives for TakeWeb and its products.
- Design creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.




- Create product announcements, feature highlights, hiring posts, event creatives, campaign graphics, and promotional content.
- Maintain visual consistency across TakeWeb products, branding, and marketing materials.
- Design web applications, dashboards, websites, landing pages, and SaaS platform interfaces when required.
- Contribute to design systems, reusable components, product graphics, and visual identity work.
- Create presentations, pitch decks, product mockups, website creatives, and email campaign graphics.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and UX evaluation when required.
- Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and business teams.
- Work closely with developers during design implementation and provide clear design handoff.
- Review implemented interfaces and suggest visual or usability improvements.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, design practices, and digital design tools.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field , or having equivalent practical design experience.
- Some prior experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, product design, or digital design .
- Working knowledge of Figma .
- Ability to design user interfaces for mobile applications.
- Understanding of fundamental UI/UX principles.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, spacing, colors, visual hierarchy, and consistency .
- Ability to create visually engaging social media and marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand requirements and convert them into effective designs.
- Ability to communicate design ideas and decisions clearly.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, accept feedback, and continuously improve.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Figma Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping .
- Experience designing mobile applications or mobile-first interfaces.
- Understanding of Android and iOS interface patterns .
- Experience creating social media posts, carousels,



banners, and marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design platforms .
- Understanding of design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Basic understanding of UX research, user journeys, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- Basic understanding of frontend development and how designs are implemented.
- Familiarity with developer handoff workflows.
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, websites, or applications.
- Understanding of branding and maintaining consistent visual identity.
- A portfolio, Behance profile, Dribbble profile, Figma projects, academic projects, social media designs, or personal work demonstrating design capabilities.

Internship Details
- Role: UI/UX Design Intern
- Work Model: Remote
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Stipend: Performance-based
- Interns will primarily contribute to mobile application UI/UX and social media creative design .
- Interns will work on real TakeWeb products, applications, campaigns, and digital platforms rather than only practice assignments.
- Interns will gain exposure to both product design and creative/marketing design workflows .
- High-performing interns may receive opportunities to take greater ownership of design initiatives and potential full-time opportunities with TakeWeb.
