We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join our client-facing Centre of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver robust automation solutions using UiPath, Agentic AI, and Maestro orchestration. You will work closely with the Lead RPA Developer and CoE team to ensure high-quality, scalable automations for our strategic clients, while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices.

What youll do

- Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, including Agentic AI and Maestro orchestration.

- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into technical designs.

- Implement, test, and deploy automation workflows, ensuring adherence to CoE standards.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical quality assurance.

- Mentor and support junior RPA developers within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation solutions during development and post-deployment.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable components and accelerators.

- Support UAT, hypercare, and production stabilization activities.

You’ll succeed because you have

- 6+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development experience.

- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.





- Experience with Agentic AI features and/or Maestro orchestration in UiPath.

- Familiarity with UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center.

- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

- Proficiency in VB.NET and/or C# for custom activities.

You’ll stand out if you have

- UiPath Advanced Developer certification.

- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).

- Exposure to GenAI/LLM prompt engineering in automation.

- Experience in BFSI, pharma, or supply chain automation projects.
