About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused digital shopping experiences for a fast-growing premium D2C consumer brand.

You will own the end-to-end customer journey across the website — from landing pages and product discovery to cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. The role combines UX thinking, UI craft, e-commerce design, and data-driven optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and optimise end-to-end e-commerce journeys including homepage, collections, PDPs, cart, checkout, and account pages.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, including components, typography, colours, icons, and interaction patterns.
- Design campaign landing pages, banners, email templates, and other digital marketing assets.
- Ensure designs are mobile-first, responsive, intuitive, and conversion-focused.
- Use analytics, heatmaps, usability feedback, and customer behaviour to identify friction points and improve experiences.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth design handoffs.




- Collaborate with merchandising, brand, and growth teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
- Review live experiences and continuously iterate based on performance and user feedback.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a similar role.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, consumer internet, or retail brands preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products, user journeys, interfaces, and measurable outcomes.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, usability, and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to independently take a brief from concept to polished, developer-ready designs.
- Solid understanding of mobile-first design.

Good to Have
- Experience designing Shopify storefronts/themes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with motion/interaction design or basic illustration.
