About the Role:

Haystek Technologies is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused experiences for customer-facing websites, landing pages, and web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centric products.

The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, understands modern design systems, and is passionate about creating seamless user experiences. We are looking for someone who is AI-savvy, hands-on with the latest AI-powered design and creative tools, and constantly explores emerging technologies to create smarter, faster, and more innovative design solutions. You should enjoy experimenting with new tools, turning ideas into creative outcomes, and finding smarter ways to bring a vision to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and continuously optimize websites, landing pages, lead generation experiences, dashboards, and AI-powered web applications with a strong focus on usability and conversion.
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
- Design responsive experiences that provide a consistent and engaging user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve website conversion funnels, user engagement,



and customer journeys through thoughtful UX design.
- Leverage the latest AI-powered design tools to accelerate workflows, enhance creativity, and improve design quality.
- Continuously explore emerging design technologies, trends, and workflows to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
- Proactively identify UX improvements instead of waiting for requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and problem-solving skills.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or equivalent platforms to improve creativity and productivity.
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, AI products, or complex digital ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Robust ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for building outstanding user experiences.
