About The Role We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product and design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma , UX Research , wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct UX research, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Design responsive layouts and maintain design consistency across products.
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Improve existing product experiences based on user feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and modern design trends is a plus.
