Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced UAT Lead to manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for banking transformation initiatives. The role involves leading UAT planning, coordinating with Business and Technology stakeholders, managing testing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the complete UAT lifecycle for multiple banking projects.

· Define UAT strategy, test approach, timelines, and resource planning.

· Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.

· Oversee preparation of test scenarios, test cases, and test execution.

· Manage defect triage meetings and coordinate issue resolution with Technology teams.

· Ensure timely completion of testing milestones and business sign-offs.

· Prepare UAT dashboards, metrics, and executive status reports.

· Drive stakeholder communication across Business, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.





· Mentor junior and mid-level UAT Analysts.

· Support production readiness, go-live activities, and post-implementation validation.

Required Skills

· 7–10 years of experience in UAT, Functional Testing, or Business Testing.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading UAT teams.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

· Experience using JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or equivalent testing tools.

· Solid stakeholder management and leadership skills.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.

Preferred Domain

· Transaction Banking (Highly Preferred)

Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
