,Role & responsibilities To oversee all human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff; managing employee relations, performance, and compensation and benefits; developing and implementing HR strategies; and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- Recruitment and onboarding: Oversee the hiring process from job posting and screening to interviewing and selection. Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

- Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a liaison between employees and management, helping to resolve conflicts. Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.

- Performance management: Manage performance appraisal systems and guide on performance-related issues.

- Compensation and perks: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits packages, including payroll and compliance.

- Training and development:



Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and business needs.

- Strategy and compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Stay up to date on labour laws and ensure company policies and procedures are compliant.

- HR metrics and reporting: Track HR KPIs, analyse data, and provide reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in a similar HR role.

- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

- People-oriented with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

- Experience with HR systems and databases.

- A bachelors degree in human resources or a related field is typically required.
