Key Responsibilities

- Treasury Specialist

- Lead treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives

- Manage and support front end treasury work

- Design and implement Target Operating Model (TOM) for treasury function

- Work on cash management, liquidity management, funding, and treasury reporting

- Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, and management reporting

- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements

- Support bank audit, controls, and governance-related activities

- Collaborate with finance, risk, operations, and technology teams

- Support treasury systems / ERP implementation and reporting automation

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of experience in treasury,



finance transformation, or financial services consulting

- Strong experience in front-office / front-end treasury operations

- Proven experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with ERP / treasury systems and tools like Power BI / Tableau / Excel

Preferred Qualifications

- CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA / FRM / MBA Finance or equivalent

- Prior experience in banking / treasury consulting / financial services transformation

- Solid communication and project management skills
