Are you passionate about travel and experienced in managing a travel agency? We're looking for a energetic Travel Store Manager to lead our travel store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the travel store.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Coordinate flight bookings, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Supervise and guide the travel consultants and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,010.00 per month
Work Location: In person
