About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Itinerary Planner & Tour Operations Specialist to build high-quality travel packages and ensure seamless execution across destinations. You will own the full operations cycle itinerary design, costing, vendor management, SOP creation, and real-time coordination during trips.

Key Responsibilities

Itinerary & Package Creation

- Design and cost travel itineraries across domestic and international destinations
- Prepare detailed package budgets covering accommodation, transport, activities, and flights

Vendor Management

- Identify, negotiate, and onboard hotels, transport operators, activity providers, and local guides
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable pricing, availability, and service quality
- Coordinate with vendors via phone/email before and during trips
- Handle last-minute changes, confirmations, and operational adjustments

Trip Execution & Issue Resolution

- Act as the remote operations point-of-contact during trips
- Resolve delays, vendor issues, and customer concerns by coordinating with partners
- Ensure smooth execution from booking to trip completion

Process & SOP Development

- Draft and maintain SOPs for itinerary execution
- Build contingency plans for weather disruptions, vendor no-shows, and operational changes
- Continuously refine processes based on traveller feedback and performance metrics

Internal Coordination





- Work closely with the sales and operations team for seamless handoff from booking to execution
- Maintain accurate records and operational data in CRM tools (Zoho preferred)

What Were Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in travel operations, itinerary planning, DMCs, or tour coordination
- Strong command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus
- Solid knowledge of Indian destinations, hospitality vendors, and transport logistics
- Confident negotiator with professional communication skills
- Strong budgeting and costing capability
- Degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
