Job Summary -

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Travel Executive (Sales) with prior experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling travel enquiries, preparing customized itineraries, selling travel packages, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities -

- Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
- Sell holiday packages, flights, hotels, visa services, transfers, cruises, activities, and other travel-related services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa regulations, and industry trends.

Required Skills -

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales or Travel Consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Experience in selling holiday packages and travel services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications -

- Experience in B2C travel sales.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and international travel procedures.
- Experience with travel booking systems and travel CRM platforms.
- Prior experience in luxury travel, customized holidays, or MICE travel will be an added advantage.
