Travel Operations Manager- US Process
Location: Noida (In office)

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Travel Operations Manager to lead our US Travel Operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing travel operations for the US market and leading high-performing teams. The role requires strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and revenue while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibility
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the US Travel process.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate Team Leaders and Travel Sales Executives.
- Drive team productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure business targets are achieved.
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth processing of travel bookings including:
- Flight Reservations
- Hotel Bookings
- Car Rentals
- Cruise Bookings
- Vacation Packages
- Monitor quality, compliance, and process adherence across the operations team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development activities.
- Coordinate with Quality, HR, Training,
and Management teams to improve operational performance.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance analysis for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Travel Operations.
- Proven experience managing a team in an international travel process.
- Hands-on experience in handling:
- Flight Bookings
- Hotel Reservations
- Car Rentals
- Cruise Bookings
- Vacation Packages
- Strong understanding of the US travel industry and customer requirements.
- Experience working with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational metrics.

- Experience in managing revenue-driven travel operations.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and priorities simultaneously.
