About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Reservation & Booking Executive to join our team at SAI TOURS & TRAVELS in Madurai.

Freshers are welcome! If you have solid computer skills, quick typing speed, and a passion for travel, we will provide full training on travel portals, booking systems, and ticketing processes.

Focus

High-speed, accurate booking of flights, hotels, trains, and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Flight & Hotel Reservations: Learn and execute quick comparisons and instant bookings across B2B travel portals and OTA platforms.
- Itinerary Building: Assist in structuring step-by-step trip timelines based on client preferences.
- Re-issuance & Cancellations: Handle flight modifications, seat selection, refunds, and special requests under guidance.




- Speed & Accuracy: Double-check passenger details, passport information, dates, and baggage allowances carefully.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good computer/internet skills are encouraged to apply).
- Key Skills: Good typing speed, basic computer proficiency, and quick learning ability across web portals.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, good communication, and eagerness to learn.
- Languages: Fluency in Tamil and basic conversational/written English.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
