Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Operations Professional to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, KYC, bank account management, system administration, user access management, and payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Treasury Operations activities.
- Handle bank account opening, maintenance, and closure processes.
- Manage KYC administration and review banking documentation.
- Perform customer-side system administration activities.
- Manage user access, permissions, and entitlements.
- Provide support for payment operations and related banking activities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks,



and relevant stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and follow established Treasury and Banking Operations procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Treasury Operations – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury and Banking Operations.
- Experience in bank account management, KYC, payment operations, and access management.
- Strong documentation and process-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 level).
- Ability to work independently in a US-shift workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- BBA
- MBA – Finance / Accounts
- Equivalent finance or accounting qualification

Preferred Notice Period Immediate Joiners to candidates with up to 30 days' notice are preferred.
