Role Description The Travel Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will handle day-to-day travel-related operations, including booking domestic and international flights, hotels, and ground transportation according to client requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating itineraries, managing changes and cancellations, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing timely support to travelers and internal stakeholders.

The Travel

Executive will also maintain records in relevant systems,



liaise with vendors for best rates and services, and help resolve travel-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient journeys for clients and team members.

Qualifications

- Experience in travel operations, including flight, hotel, and ground transport bookings, itinerary planning, and travel coordination.
- Robust customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, reservation systems, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, and spreadsheets).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings, timelines, and documentation accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle last-minute changes, and solve travel-related issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of travel regulations, fare rules, and cancellation policies is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a corporate travel, travel agency, or BPO environment is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
